Triple F Farm's Guarantee
- Every ferret shipped has been surgically neutered
and descented. If there are complications from
the surgery or if it develops that the surgery
was not performed, upon prior authorization
of Seller, a reasonable fee will be paid to
the Buyer's attending veterinarian for correction
of the situation. This is the extent of Seller's
obligation hereunder.
- Seller further guarantees that any ferret
delivered is free from infectious, contagious
or communicable disease. If a ferret is stricken
with an infectious, contagious or communicable
disease, within a period of time after delivery
reasonably indicating that such disease was
present in the ferret when delivered, Seller
will replace the ferret upon receipt of proof
of said disease. Seller shall have no further
obligation as to the original ferret.
- Seller further guarantees against congenital
and genetic problems in the first year of life.
In the event of the appearance of either a congenital
or genetic defect or problem, Seller's obligation
shall be limited to replacement of the ferret.
- Seller guarantees against congenital, nutritional
and genetic problems in the first three years
of life if Buyer feeds the ferret with Triple
F Farm's ferret food, in accordance with the
feeding instructions provided upon delivery
of the ferret.
This Guaranty does not cover cost involved in diagnosing,
treating or medicating any infectious, contagious
or communicable disease. This Guaranty also does
not cover the contracting of any infectious, contagious
or communicable disease after the ferret is out
of our control.
